The short version
- Curtain Call is free. Use it to log shows, write about them and talk theatre.
- What you write is yours. Be decent, and be honest about what you saw.
- We can hide posts or close accounts that break these rules.
Your account
You need to be at least 13. One account per person, and you're responsible for what's posted from it. You can delete it any time from Settings.
What you post
You keep ownership of your journal, reviews, posts, photos and cast reports. When you make something public, you let us show it on Curtain Call, including in share cards. Private things stay private; see Privacy.
The rules
- No harassment, hate or threats, toward other patrons or toward performers.
- Don't post anyone's private details, or photos you don't have the right to share.
- Cast reports are for who you actually saw. Don't guess or game them.
- No spam or ads. Tickets only on Spare tickets, at face value or less (see below).
Spare tickets
- Only post tickets you bought for yourself or your group and can't use. No brokers, no tickets bought to resell. Four upcoming listings at a time.
- Face value or less, with no added fees. Don't ask a buyer for more than the offer you accepted.
- Make sure your tickets can be transferred. Lottery, rush and some other tickets can't be, and the theater may cancel them if they are.
- Curtain Call only introduces buyers and sellers. We don't sell tickets, handle payment or take a cut, and we're not part of any sale. Buyer and seller settle the sale, the transfer and any refund between themselves. Use the official Ticketmaster or Telecharge transfer, and never pay by Zelle or Venmo friends & family.
- We don't check tickets, sellers or buyers, and we can't step in if a sale goes wrong. If a performance is canceled, the refund goes to whoever the box office has on record; sort it out between you.
- We remove listings and close accounts that break these rules. Report a listing with the flag on it.

If something here is yours and was posted without permission, use “Message the team” on the feedback page with a link to it and we'll take it down. Accounts that keep doing it get closed.
Show information
Casts, dates and places are gathered from public sources and from patrons, so they can be wrong. Check with the box office before you rely on them. Curtain Call isn't affiliated with any show or theater. Ticket links may be affiliate links: if you buy through one, Curtain Call may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It never changes what we show you, and every feature stays free.
No guarantees
Curtain Call is provided as is, without warranties, and may change or stop. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for losses from using it. If these terms change, this page will say so.
